I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Choi and her amazing staff — Dan, Jane, and Cait — for the exceptional care and professionalism they showed throughout my full dental implant procedure. From the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident that I was in the best hands. The entire process exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring every step of the way. Dr. Choi’s expertise and dedication truly changed my life. Thanks to all of you, I can smile with confidence again, and that means more to me than words can say. Is this place a legitimate business? A cell phone number is the "office number". A free consultation appointment should not take over 7 days to just schedule and the person who answered the cell phone should at least pretend to be a professional. Guardian dental insurance had this office as an in network referral, I can't understand that based on my experience just attempting to schedule the so called "free consultation for dental implants". I will continue to find a practice that is actually professional. And the best part, once you contact them you get spam emails and text messages saying how you need to call the cell phone number to do anything.

This was very hard for me, but I did it and if it wasn’t for my bad experience with the dentist, I may not have made the move or effort. So Ty to that dentist. I had the pleasure of working with Jane, who’s amazing and answered all my questions, while making me feel comfortable the whole time. I am looking forward to my new journey- even the pain, as that only means I’ve accomplished what I never thought I could. 😊

It was an incredible experience. Everyone at Smart Arches dental was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and genuine. I was so ashamed and self conscious about my death it really took a toll on me. Now I have teeth that I am so proud of and my smile and confidence are fully restored. I searched for a long time for a practice that met all my needs. I finally found it in Smart Arches. Best decision I ever made. I’m now smiling from ear to ear.

Absolutely amazing office. As someone with severe dental anxiety, they made me feel calm and relaxed in explaining in detail the procedure I will be getting done. Shout out to Jane at front desk who was nothing short of wonderful who went out of her way to listen to my fears and answering everyone of my many questions. Dr Choi , who will be doing my procedure, was so pleasant, gentle and thorough while doing my initial examination. I cannot say enough about this wonderful practice and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental implants now and in the future !
